About the role

Phoenix House California is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead the residential and outpatient services, ensuring trauma-informed, evidence-based care. You will supervise staff, coordinate budget and strategic planning, and uphold quality and safety standards across programs. Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in health care administration (or related field) with at least two years of leadership in a residential setting, and licensure such as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC. TB clearance is required.
