Paint Line Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $17.00 to $19.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) 5:00am-1:30pm (OT working until 3:30pm) 7:00am-3:30pm (OT working until 5:30pm) Will be cross-trained in all positions on the paint line including applicator, washer, and load/unload. Applicator: Apply powder coating to parts according to quality standards. Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, reclaim systems, and curing ovens. Ensure even coverage, color consistency, and proper coating thickness. Inspect parts before and after coating for defects and quality issues. Washer: Power wash, clean, and prepare parts for the powder coating process. Inspect parts to ensure they are free of dirt, oil, rust, and debris. Verify parts are properly prepared before entering the coating line. Load/Unload: Load and unload parts on the powder coat line. Inspect parts for quality and defects. Handle materials safely to prevent damage during processing.

Paint Line Operator Qualifications: Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive lifting, standing, walking, and bending. Steel-toe boots/shoes are required. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment that may be hot, dusty, and subject to changing temperatures. Available to work required hours and overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays. Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
