Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Current License as Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) in the state working required.
Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in working with the frail or elderly population required. Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact. Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For: The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing and assisting clients with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care. Consults as needed with the RN Case Manager, ADON, and/or the Director of Clinical Services. Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services assists clients in the home with personal hygiene, in and out of bed, assisting with ambulation, exercise and other duties taught by a health profession for a specific participant. Follows all HHWCO policies and procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines. Performs other duties as required or requested.

We are trained in caring for older adults, providing in-home health care services in the Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties and Montrose, CO.
