Looking for a hands-on manufacturing career where attention to detail really matters? We're hiring Advanced Production Technicians to operate industrial kilns, overhead cranes, forklifts, and other production equipment in a highly specialized manufacturing environment. You'll work with high-value products and equipment worth millions of dollars, so safety, precision, and following procedures are critical.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Operate and monitor industrial kilns and production equipment Operate cranes and forklifts to move materials and products Load/unload and carefully position products Follow detailed production and safety procedures Inspect products and equipment for issues Perform basic troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance Maintain a safe, clean work environment WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORManufacturing, production, industrial, warehouse, or heavy-equipment experience Forklift and/or crane experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent attention to detail Safety-focused and dependable Comfortable working around large equipment and heavy materials Kiln, furnace, ceramics, or advanced manufacturing experience is a plus! SCHEDULE & PAYNight: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Every other Wednesday - Saturday | 4/3 rotation $25.50-$28.50/hr based on experience Night-shift employees will complete initial training on days.
