About the role

Abbott is seeking an experienced leader to direct the ADC Human Factors Engineering and Usability Function. You will shape product usability strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with R&D, product management, and UX to improve development programs and outcomes. You will drive high-level program management across diverse modalities, mentor managers, and ensure regulatory alignment while advancing tools and methods for product characterization and usability validation.
