About the role

About WiCiWiCi is building a new local AI computing platform that brings powerful, real-time AI experiences closer to people and everyday devices. By separating high-performance computing from individual devices, WiCi enables real-time, private, and cost-effective AI experiences across personal devices, wearables, robots, cameras, and other intelligent products. We are a venture-capital-backed, early-stage team working across AI systems, networking, hardware, and product design. You will have the opportunity to help define the visual language of an entirely new product category. About This Role We are looking for a Graphic & UI/UX Designer to help shape how WiCi’s products, technology, and brand are visually expressed. This role is a strong fit for an early-career designer with excellent visual judgment, strong graphic design fundamentals, and genuine curiosity about AI products. You do not need an extensive UI/UX background. What matters most is your ability to understand complex ideas, identify the essential message, and translate it into clear, attractive, and consistent visual experiences. What You’ll Work OnDesign graphics and visual assets for websites, product launches, presentations, social media, campaigns, and other brand materials. Support the UI and interaction design of WiCi’s product interfaces, developer experiences, demos, and internal tools. Turn technical or abstract AI concepts into simple, intuitive visual stories. Build reusable visual systems, components, layouts, and design guidelines. Work closely with founders, product, engineering, marketing, and external creative partners. Help maintain visual consistency across WiCi’s hardware, software, website, and communication materials. Explore new ways to visually communicate AI, local computing, connectivity, and intelligent devices.
What We’re Looking For: Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and visual storytelling. Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. Ability to generalize across different design needs and create a coherent visual direction from limited or ambiguous inputs. Ability to simplify complex information without making it feel generic. Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Curiosity about AI products, emerging technologies, and new forms of human-computer interaction. Comfortable receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual expression, even if the work is not primarily traditional UI/UX design.
Nice to Have: Experience with web design, product interfaces, design systems, motion graphics, 3D, illustration, or video. Familiarity with consumer electronics, developer products, or technical storytelling. Experience using generative AI tools as part of the creative process. Basic understanding of responsive design and how designs are implemented on the web. Experience Level Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome. We care more about your portfolio, visual intelligence, learning ability, and creative potential than the number of years you have worked.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
