DescriptionAesthetic Roofing is a residential roofing company serving the Wasatch Front, from Santaquin to North Ogden and Tooele to Park City, and building a retail sales team around a proven in-home process. As an Outside Sales Rep you run set appointments in the home, inspect the attic and roof, and present good, better and best roof replacement options with financing. It is a W-2, commission-only seat where solid reps earn $150K to $200K a year and top reps push $400K.

Run set appointments in the home from inbound leads and our canvassing team, about two full sits a dayInspect every attic, and the roof or drone photos, to show homeowners what is really going onPresent price on every appointment using our good, better, best roof replacement packages and financing optionsFollow our proven sales process on every sit and work objections through to a decisionSet up rehash cleanly when a sit does not close, with the package, details and notes in ServiceTitanSelf-generate leads when your calendar is light and keep your ServiceTitan calendar accurateHit the standard: $150K a month in sales at a 30% close rateSkills, Knowledge & Expertise A track record closing high-ticket in-home sales on a structured process, such as HVAC, windows, solar, bath or other home improvementRetail roofing sales experience is welcome; insurance restoration roofing sales is a different model and not a fit hereComfortable being uncomfortable: you stay in the conversation through objections until the homeowner decidesCoachable and eager to learn fast; most reps run their own appointments within one to two weeksAvailable evenings and Saturdays on a regular basisComfortable in attics, and either on the roof or using a drone for roof photosValid driver's license and a decent driving recordMust pass a background checkBenefitsW-2 commission plan: 8% to 12% of each sale, plus 4% to 6% on leads you set or generate yourselfMonthly tiered bonuses from $1,000 at $150K in sales up to $20,000 at $1M, plus a monthly top rep bonusSolid reps earn $150K to $200K a year, and top reps push $400KCompany trucks for the top three reps each month, and a gas card for everyone elseMedical, dental and vision insuranceFree Life Time fitness membership for local employeesHands-on training and ride-alongs with our top rep
