About the role

ABM Industries is hiring a Site HR Partner to support approximately 750 Airside Services managers, supervisors, and frontline/hourly employees at JFK International Airport. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. In this role you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and front‑line leaders, handling all HR‑related functions for this location, and serving as a consultant to front‑line leaders on human resource‑related issues.
