Shift: 6am-2:30pmPay: $19/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Operations: Perform basic assembly tasks such as fastening, gluing, or cutting components. Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble millwork products. Follow written and verbal instructions, including work orders and diagrams, to complete assigned tasks.
Quality Control: Check components and finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Notify supervisors of any quality issues or assembly challenges.
Safety and Maintenance: Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve assembly issues.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
No prior assembly experience necessary; training will be provided.
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields is a plus.
Skills:
Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured process.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and write in English
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
