We are expanding our support team and seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately.
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the frontline connection between TankTech Solutions and our clients. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high level of service that reflects our company’s values. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally Make outbound calls for follow-ups, support tickets, and feedback collection Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests with clarity and empathy Document conversations, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of client issues Participate in training sessions to stay current on products, services, and procedures Be available to work overtime and some weekends, as required
