About the role
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role ofFull-time Route Supervisor in Butler, PA. This is a day-shift position working Monday - Friday, first shift, no weekends or holidays. Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists in the training and development of team members
Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
Manages Drivers
Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
Supports company programs and branch goals
Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
Ability to pass the DOT Physical
Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
Good driving record
Previous vending experience is preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
