Description: Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests' needs and give them a reason to come back.

Skills/Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old Capable of standing for long periods Able to lift 50 lbs or more Able to speak English fluently Basic Computer Skills Able to count money and make change Previous QSR experience (preferred, not required)

Requirements:

Standing on feet
Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
Lifting objects, ice, products, boxes up to 20 lbs (if applicable)
Wearing a headset (if Drive thru)
Working in a small space
