JOB SUMMARY:
Renova One is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and business development within the multifamily housing industry. This role will execute sales strategy, build and coach a high-performing team, develop key customer relationships, and partner with operations to drive profitable growth and an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies that support company growth objectives and annual sales plans Maintain direct accountability for revenue growth, gross profit performance, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and attainment of regional sales goals Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer demand to identify opportunities and risks that inform regional sales strategies and annual growth plans Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals while establishing clear goals, KPIs, activity expectations, and accountability measures Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, performance discussions, and sales coaching sessions Develop, maintain, and grow a personal portfolio of strategic accounts while supporting the team's business development efforts Build executive-level relationships with ownership groups, asset managers, property management companies, and strategic partners while supporting major account pursuits, negotiations, and retention efforts Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling additional Renova One services Qualify opportunities and maintain bid discipline by evaluating project fit, strategic value, profitability, resource requirements, and likelihood of success Drive CRM compliance, sales reporting accuracy, and forecast reliability Lead the transition from sales to operations, clearly communicating scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations while partnering with operations to support execution, satisfaction, and profitability Drive growth across Renova One service offerings, including flooring, turnkey renovations, Cap Ex projects, restoration, and interior and exterior renovationsQUALIFICATIONS:At least 8–10 years of experience within the multifamily housing industry 3–5 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing successful sales teams Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth, gross profit targets, and sales performance objectives Proven ability to lead sales teams while developing and managing strategic customer relationships Experience developing sales forecasts, managing pipelines, and utilizing KPIs to drive performance Strong understanding of the relationship between sales, operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction Direct, confident leader with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, coaching, planning, and execution skillsOTHER:All offers of employment are contingent upon a background check Valid Driver's License is required Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines#LI-CM1
