About the role
Sherman Associates seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance professional to support The Randolph Apartments in downtown Des Moines. The role handles general maintenance, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with occasional evenings/weekends on-call. Benefits include a comprehensive package; driving and safety requirements apply. You’ll need tools and a passion for upkeep and resident service.
