About the role

Leading technology transfer projects and providing technical support, the full-time Senior Packaging Manager will oversee packaging processes for contract manufacturing organizations, ensuring compliance and performance while managing cross-functional development programs from concept through commercialization.
Key responsibilities: Manage the selection and assessment of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) for packaging processes Lead initiatives to improve packaging robustness and ensure successful technology transfers within budget constraints Provide ongoing technical support to CMOs, focusing on compliance, process improvement, and risk reduction in packaging operations
Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, packaging, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience Proven expertise in pharmaceutical packaging technology, including primary and secondary packaging processes Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and serialization requirements in packaging Experience with statistical software for process analysis and troubleshooting
