Business Development Representative – CTV & OTT Partnerships
About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support CTV and OTT partnership development in the U.S. market. In this role, you will work with commercial, technology, and operations teams to identify potential business opportunities, develop partner relationships, and support the execution of media partnerships. The position is well suited for someone with relevant experience in CTV, OTT, programmatic advertising, digital media, or advertising technology who is interested in developing their career in business development and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential partnership opportunities across the CTV, OTT, streaming media, and advertising technology ecosystem. Conduct outreach to prospective business partners and support relationship development. Understand partner needs and identify relevant business opportunities. Support partnership discussions, proposals, and related commercial processes. Coordinate with internal technology and operations teams during partner onboarding and project implementation. Track partnership progress and follow up on key action items. Maintain accurate records of partner communications and project status. Monitor relevant market developments and industry trends. Prepare business updates and reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Collaborate with internal teams to support partner and business requirements.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of relevant professional experience in business development, partnerships, digital advertising, programmatic advertising, advertising technology, or a related field. Professional experience or working knowledge related to CTV or OTT.Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and concepts such as DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, or programmatic advertising. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for business reporting and basic data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively across commercial, technology, and operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with CTV or OTT platforms, streaming media, programmatic advertising, or advertising technology. Exposure to media partnerships, digital advertising operations, or business development. Familiarity with advertising technology standards or related industry tools. Experience supporting partner onboarding or cross-functional projects.
