About the role
- Set and align marketing strategy across corporate travel, luxury leisure, and advisor-led businesses, connecting priorities to clear growth, engagement, and brand objectives
- Lead integrated acquisition and demand-generation strategies that expand qualified lead flow, support revenue growth, and engage priority commercial, luxury leisure, and advisor segments
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to strengthen go-to-market plans, client communications, enablement tools, and campaigns that support conversion and relationship growth
- Lead lifecycle and relationship marketing strategies that deepen client, traveler, and advisor engagement, retention, loyalty, and advocacy
- Define strategic narratives, positioning, and value propositions for the Travel Management and Advisory businesses, ensuring consistent brand standards across all touchpoints
- Oversee content, email, digital, social, events, thought leadership, and partner marketing programs, ensuring a cohesive experience across channels and brands
- Build scalable planning, operations, governance, measurement, and reporting capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness, accountability, and speed-to-market
- Partner with Product and Technology on CRM, website, content management, and marketing technology modernization to strengthen targeting, personalization, and digital experiences
- Establish performance frameworks and a test-and-learn agenda that translate data and client insights into actionable optimization and investment decisions
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization, fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and strong talent development
- Provide clear executive-level recommendations, business cases, performance updates, and risk assessments to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10 years of progressive experience in B2B, B2C, lifecycle, performance, brand, or integrated marketing
- Demonstrated success setting marketing strategy, leading organizations, and delivering measurable business growth
- Experience building and executing multi-channel strategies across digital, content, CRM, social, paid media, events, and relationship marketing
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment in a large, matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of acquisition, lifecycle engagement, brand positioning, customer experience, and performance measurement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer, client, market, and performance insights into strategic decisions
- Exceptional executive communication, presence, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in travel, hospitality, loyalty, premium consumer, commercial services, or another relationship-led industry
- Experience marketing to both business and consumer audiences across complex or multi-brand portfolios
- Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation, audience targeting, and personalization platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager
- Background leading brand transformation, digital modernization, customer engagement, or marketing operating model change
- Experience building thought leadership, advisor or sales enablement, event marketing, and strategic partnership programs
