Responsibilities:
Manage daily house operations and enforce program rules
Support residents, staff, and house leaders
Handle resident intakes, discharges, and move-outs
Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal
Facilitate resident meetings and check-ins
Coordinate with vendors and leadership
Document resident activity using EHR software
Respond to urgent issues during on-call hours
Requirements:
Experience in alcohol and drug counseling
Background in sober living or behavioral health preferred
Strong leadership, boundary-setting, and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to obtain SUDCC or CADC certification
Availability for some on-call/weekend coverage Compensation$25-$30 per hour Location & Schedule On-site, Vacaville, CA 95688
