About the role
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Instructional Designer/Facilitator/Project Manager to fill an open position with one of our clients. This role will support talent management initiatives by creating engaging learning modules, facilitating development experiences, and managing projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will blend instructional design expertise with strong facilitation and project management skills while exploring innovative approaches such as AI-enabled learning, avatars, and scripted scenarios for skills practice. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape modern employee learning experiences while partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the organization. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Design and develop engaging learning modules and blended learning experiences using adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design methodologies. Facilitate learning programs and workshops for diverse audiences, adapting delivery style and content to meet different experience levels and business needs. Manage learning and development projects, including project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, deliverables, and competing priorities. Incorporate innovative learning technologies, including AI utilization, digital avatars, and scripted scenarios that allow employees to practice real-world skills in an interactive environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, facilitation, project management, or a combination of these disciplines. Strong experience developing learning content and blended learning experiences using instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM.High proficiency with Adobe design tools and/or e-learning development platforms such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate. Demonstrated experience facilitating learning programs, workshops, or training sessions for audiences with varying levels of experience. Strong project management skills with the ability to develop project plans, coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and prioritize multiple projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different audiences and leadership levels. Experience with learning management systems such as Cornerstone, Microsoft Office, and virtual conferencing platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or Webex.
Preferred:
Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or Employee Experience learning initiatives, familiarity with UKG, and certifications such as CPTD, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or an Instructional Design/UX certification.
