Sales RepresentativeM & M Roofing, Windows & Siding is a growing exterior home improvement company specializing in roofing, windows, siding, and other exterior solutions. As we continue to expand throughout Texas, we are looking for motivated, competitive, and coachable individuals who want the opportunity to build a successful, high-income sales career. Roofing experience is NOT required. Sales experience is NOT required. We are primarily looking for people who are hungry, coachable, personable, competitive, and willing to work hard. We have a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in the military, college athletics, hospitality, customer service, coaching, or other competitive and performance-driven environments. We provide the training, leads, tools, and support. You bring the attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed. Earning Potential: $120,000$250,000+ annually, based on individual sales performance. Compensation & Commission Structure: Our commission structure rewards Sales Representatives for closing company-provided opportunities and generating their own business. Residential Roofing & Exterior Sales Commission Structure: Company-Generated Leads: 10% of total revenue Self-Generated Leads: 15% of total revenue Repairs: 15% of total revenue
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Consultation: Meet with homeowners and conduct in-home sales consultations Safely access rooftops and perform roofing inspections Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing, window, and siding solutions Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals Explain products, pricing, warranties, and installation options Follow up with prospective customers and close sales Sales Pipeline & Business Development: Manage company-provided leads and develop self-generated opportunities Generate business through referrals, networking, neighborhood prospecting, and relationship building Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in company systems Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Coordinate with Production and Operations to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale

Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned sales territory Must be comfortable using ladders, climbing onto roofs, and performing rooftop inspections Must be able to safely carry, set up, and operate a company-provided Little Giant ladder, which must be kept with you while working in the field Must follow all company ladder and rooftop safety procedures Ability to attend required monthly in-person sales meetings and training sessions in Houston Ability to use company technology and sales systems

During the first month, you'll receive guaranteed training pay of $25.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. Training includes product knowledge, our sales process, customer consultations, estimating, proposal preparation, and ladder and rooftop safety. After the first month, you'll transition to the revenue-based commission structure outlined above. Ongoing development includes monthly in-person sales meetings and training sessions at our Houston headquarters.
Available Texas Locations: We are currently hiring Sales Representatives in the following markets: Houston San Antonio Austin Seabrook Beaumont Candidates must live within or near their assigned market and be able to serve homeowners throughout the surrounding territory. Monthly in-person sales meetings and training sessions are held in Houston, Texas.
