About the role
- At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, including customer-facing experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, hotels, cafs, retail, catering, or events.
- Professional, reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach.
- Strong communication, listening, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed and service-focused in fast-paced or high-pressure event environments.
- Ability to safely carry trays of food and beverages and assist with event set-up, breakdown, loading, and unloading.
- Food Handler's Certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire; in-house allergen certification is also required within 30 days.
- Reliable transportation to travel to events mainly within Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules, including Saturdays; minimum of 6 shifts per month.
