Easter Conservation Services values professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to cultural stewardship, Role Description The Front Office Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment for clients. This role includes managing reception activities, coordinating incoming calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized office records and supplies. The Front Office Manager will support internal communication, assist with basic administrative tasks, place orders, and help streamline office procedures for efficiency. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with vendors and clients to support smooth project and business operations.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Office Administration skills to manage reception, scheduling, and general office operations. Telephone etiquette is essential. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, support clients, and maintain positive relationships. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional interpersonal abilities. Experience using office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets) is beneficial. Previous experience in a front office, administrative, or office management role is preferreds. Demonstrated ability to work on-site, multitask, maintain confidentiality, and provide a courteous, inclusive environment for colleagues and visitors. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in business administration or related fields is a plus.
