Location: 100%REMOTE or (if Local) Iselin, NJ (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days/week)

Analytics Lead Responsibilities: The Data & Analytics lead will be responsible for developing and executing on the Data & Analytics roadmap for overall. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, enhancing and innovating Eisner Reporting Platforms including Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud. The lead will have significant hands-on experience and deep Insights interacting and collaborating to drive industry best practices and provide thought leadership across projects involving Microsoft Fabric, SAP Analytics Cloud, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data migration, Planning and Consolidation, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling over HANA, SQL, or Cloud databases and, Data Visualization and Reporting Work with various business leaders at all levels of the firm and branch teams to understand business questions or problems and recommend an appropriate analytical approach to assist with decision-making process. Brings structure to business requests, translates requirements into analytical project approaches, and directs the successful completion of a portfolio of strategic data projects. Collaborate with internal data providers and outside vendors to enhance data availability and usability within the data warehouse. Includes creating requirements, test plans and data validation. Supports team's continuous development to advance their technical skillsets, and to stay informed of industry innovations in analytics and tools. Experience in interacting with various stakeholders including Business, Finance, IT, Program Management, etc. Exhibits written and spoken communication skills with an ability to present complex technical information in a clear and precise manner to a non-technical audience
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.15 + years working experience in large scale Data & Analytics organization with significant experience providing state-of-the-art Microsoft and SAP technologies with a focus on SAC, S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA XS applications, Google/Azure/AWS Cloud technologies and visualization tools including Microsoft Fabric, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Web-Intelligence, Core Data Services (CDS) views, and Analysis for OLAP/Office Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently Proven leadership skills with experience working with a high degree of ambiguity Demonstrated experience operating in an unstructured & collaborative environment Track record of managing cross functional teams, and experience with managing multiple projects at once.
