As we Create with Collaboration, Serve with Integrity, Grow with Excellence, and Advance with our Electrical Assembler you will report to the Assembly Supervisor of Prepared Foods Division within the US.This role is located at our Kingston Facility. On a given day, you may: Help build and test electrical components used in our equipment. If you enjoy reading schematics, working with your hands, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing team, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to complete electrical assemblies
  • Gather and verify parts, tools, and materials needed for each job
  • Assemble, wire, and solder electrical components to specifications
  • Perform panel wiring and machine wiring based on documentation
  • Test equipment and complete required documentation (test reports, NCRs, etc.)Support engineering teams with prototype builds
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in electrical, electro-mechanical technology, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Basic knowledge of electrical theory and test equipment
  • Experience using hand tools (crimpers, strippers, drills etc.)Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or a similar role
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $19.00 - 25.00 (hourly).
