About the role

POSITION: A key role in supporting and protecting a 40-year-old and growing company by ensuring labor law compliance, recruitment and general HR administration. You will not have to "counsel & nurture in this position. On-site.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience in efficient administration of Washington and Federal labor law compliance including DOL, L&I, OSHA, WISHA, ESD, FMLA, PFML, ACA, EEOC, E-Verify+, ERISA... along with company PPGs and SOPs. Willingness to adopt and consult on IT upgrades and new ERPs while continuing to maintain essential hard-copy documentation. Experience in recruiting, payroll (ADP), onboarding, and offboarding. Adequate education to enable understanding and communicating labor laws and prepare formal written communication. Strong business acumen.
