McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Dam Safety Engineer - FERC IC to join our team. This role can be fully remote with flexible hours for the right candidate and involves collaborating with clients on federally-regulated hydroelectric projects. A PE license, 15+ years of dam safety consulting, and experience with PFMA/L2RA are required. You will lead evaluations, prepare reports, manage projects and clients, mentor staff, and help grow our dam safety practice.
