- Proven Portfolio: A strong showcase of past projects (deployed repos, working agentic systems, live demos) demonstrating equal strength in high-craft creative output and technical execution.
- Engineering Fluency: Hands-on experience with production-ready stacks (Python, TypeScript, agent SDKs, MCP, GCP, etc.) and modern AI models. Skilled at shaping AI-integrated workflows to accelerate, enhance, or rethink deliverables.
- Creative Ops & Systems Thinking: Strong instincts for systematizing creativity without stifling it, alongside experience building scalable frameworks, modular systems, and efficient process designs.
- Strategic Acumen: The ability to balance brand, audience, and business goals against the possibilities and constraints of emerging tech, seeing both the high-level strategy and the technical execution.
