Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Office Staff role based in Lambertville, NJ. The Office Staff member will handle daily administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, updating customer records, collection phone calls and assisting with preparation of estimates, invoices, and basic documentation. The role also involves organizing files, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting general office operations. The Office Staff member will collaborate with the team to ensure accurate information flow, timely communication, and professional customer service.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience managing records and office documentation. Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfortable learning industry-specific software. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous phone and in-person manner. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate with management, field crews, and customers. High level of reliability, punctuality, and integrity in handling sensitive information and customer interactions. Prior office or administrative experience; experience in the construction or roofing industries is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in business or office administration is beneficial.
