About the role
We are seeking a CNC Sales Specialist for a client in Manchester, CT who specializes in CNC machinery, Swiss tooling, and machine accessories. This position requires a deep understanding of Swiss machining processes and the ability to recommend suitable tooling and work holding solutions based on customer requirements.
Duties:
Provide guidance to customers and internal teams on Swiss machining processes, tool holding, work holding, and machine tooling.
Analyze customer applications and suggest products that meet their technical needs.
Handle product inquiries and support sales discussions with practical machining expertise.
Stay updated on Swiss CNC tooling advancements, customer demands, and competitor products.
Collaborate closely with customer service and marketing departments.
Represent the company at trade shows when necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years' experience in technical sales or similar field.
At least two years of working with Swiss CNC machinery.
Preferably background in Swiss machining tooling industry; related experience will be considered.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel as needed.
