About the role

Community Management, Inc. (CMI) is hiring a part-time Concierge for a high-rise in downtown Southwest Portland. Work Fridays and Saturdays 2:00pm–10:00pm, 30-minute paid on-call lunch, with public transit access and parking options typically available. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in hospitality or customer service and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing the concierge desk, assisting residents, handling calls and emails, and supporting the onsite manager
