We’re looking for a high-energy, driven Associate Investment Specialist to drive top-of-funnel activity, qualify leads, and book qualified meetings for our senior Investment Specialists. If you're ambitious, coachable, and ready to break into asset management, this is an outstanding opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, high-performance sales organization.
What You’ll Do:
· Make outbound phone calls and send targeted outreach to financial advisors· Book qualified meetings for senior partners· Support campaigns, product launches, and firm-specific initiatives· Research advisors, firm structures, and product usage· Maintain accurate notes and activity in Salesforce· Learn the NEOS product lineup (SPYI, QQQI, BTCI, IAUI, TLTI, BNDI, HYBI, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
· 0–3 years of experience (finance or sales preferred)· Strong communication skills and a high level of drive· Comfort with outbound calling and hitting measurable targets· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to advance· SIE, Series 63, and Series 7 (or willingness to obtain soon after joining) required· Candidate must be able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check Why NEOS· One of the fastest-growing ETF issuers· High-performance culture with rapid career mobility· Hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to a top-tier distribution model
