For our client, we are seeking a Sales Specialist Mass Spectrometry to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will focus on consultative sales of laboratory solutions that improve productivity and demonstrate clear return on investment. The specialist will partner closely with field sales teams and customer stakeholders to uncover laboratory challenges, support growth initiatives, and strengthen customer success across North America. This is a highly customer-facing position that blends technical understanding, market awareness, and cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $117,000 – $195,000 annually
Responsibilities: Position the company's solutions through consultative sales focused on productivity and ROI Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies and execute growth plans Engage with key customer stakeholders to understand their laboratory challenges and objectives Support sales teams in effectively positioning and selling laboratory productivity solutions Facilitate collaboration across teams to support solution development and customer success Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events Gather market intelligence to inform product strategy and growth initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on laboratory experience with analytical workflows and automation solutions Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel within North America
