About the role

The University of Utah is seeking a Field Technical Product Support Technician to provide 24/7/365 support for the university's copper cable plant. You will patch, install, test, and document cabling, coordinate access with customers, and maintain clean, organized workspaces. Responsibilities include time-tracking, reporting to leadership, and assisting the fiber team as needed.
