Previous machine shop or CNC experience is an asset, but it is not required. We’re willing to train the right person. What matters most is your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. You’ll work as part of a team manufacturing precision components that ultimately become part of the equipment hunters rely on in the field.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include: Load raw materials into CNC machines. Load parts into fixtures and properly position components for machining. Operate CNC machinery and perform machining operations according to established procedures. Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications. Inspect raw materials before loading them into machines. Identify and report machining errors, quality issues, or equipment problems to the Lead or CNC Programmer. Perform basic troubleshooting and general machine shop activities. Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all department safety rules, operating procedures, and quality standards. Support and adhere to company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
