Job Description: General Laborer/ Technical PositionsSAExploration is seeking reliable and safety-conscious General Laborers/ Technical Positions to join our winter season crews operating out of the Anchorage, Alaska, area. Applicants must be willing to travel and work away from home for extended rotations in demanding weather conditions. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in physically demanding environments, are committed to safety, and enjoy working outdoors in a team-oriented setting. The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:1. General Laborer — No Prior Experience Required Candidates with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet the demands of general labor roles are encouraged to apply. Assist with field setup, equipment handling, and site maintenance. Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and assembling gear. Provide support to seismic crew operations while collaborating closely with team members Perform daily equipment checks and minor maintenance tasks. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety and quality. Other duties as assigned.2. Specialized Positions The following roles require relevant experience, licensing, or certification: Heavy Equipment OperatorsVibrator OperatorsVibrator Technicians Mechanic Technicians ObserversDriversField Administrator Qualifications & SkillsValid Driver’s License (where applicable).Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Willingness to work long hours in remote locations.
Work Environment: Rotational schedule spanning 35 to 42 days, with shifts ranging from 12 to 14 hours. Positions are full-time. Exposure to adverse weather conditions and rough terrain. Ability to lift and carry fifty (50) pounds. Frequent bending, sitting, standing, kneeling, climbing, and walking.
