- Ability to work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
- General Practice Residency or equivalent experience working with complex patient care a plus
- Spanish skills a plus
- Participate effectively as a team player
- Primary Functions:
- Provide comprehensive dental services to patients
- Prioritize the patient's needs and treatment planning while educating the patient
- Perform duties and responsibilities managing a dental office to include, not only treating the patient, but maintaining patient records, personnel and practice management, and dental equipment maintenance
- Share in after hours on-call responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
