Utility Technician Cardinal FG, a float glass manufacturer for residential windows in Portage, is looking for a Utility Technician who works safely, has a strong work ethic, is dependable, has a positive attitude, and works effectively in a team environment. A Utility Technician typically operates a robotic offline cutting system, drives powered industrial vehicles to move racks and sets-up racks for packaging glass to our customers. A Utility Technician is mainly scheduled to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, occasional weekends depending on production needs. Requirements: Tape measure reading and basic math skills needed Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Desire to work in a team environment Must be 18 years of age to apply Able to safely lift at least 50 pounds Pass a pre-employment physical ability test and drug screen
