We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.ResponsibilitiesOwn domain and capability leadership across major commercial capability areas, including CRM, sales enablement, pricing, customer service, operations, marketing automation, community platform capabilities, Power Platform, and related digital commercial experiences.Hire, lead, coach, develop, and manage Commercial IT Business Technology Product Owners and related product aligned roles, including performance management, development planning, capability growth, and alignment of team skills to the Commercial IT roadmap.Build trusted relationships with business unit, sales, revenue, and project operations leaders to understand business needs, shape priorities, improve demand quality, and ensure Commercial IT roadmaps reflect the highest value business outcomes.Facilitate the Unified Commercial Platform cross platform council and other governance methods by driving decisions and priorities across business units and functional areas. Drive roadmap integrity across domains, ensuring work is clearly tied to business value, enterprise priorities, platform strategy, and delivery capacity.Establish and reinforce consistent operating standards for intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, business case quality, readiness, release planning, and adoption.Support annual and midyear planning by creating investment requests, validating business case quality, assessing delivery feasibility, and aligning roadmap priorities to funding, capacity, and enterprise value.Lead resolution of complex, cross domain issues by quickly structuring ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, framing options and tradeoffs, and driving timely decisions that prevent disruption and escalation.Partner with engineering leaders to ensure roadmap decisions account for platform health, operational readiness, technical debt, supportability, release readiness, and long-term sustainability.Prepare executive ready materials, decision briefs, roadmap narratives, and updates that support clear, high quality leadership discussions.Lead cross domain and strategic initiatives where work spans multiple capability areas, business units, or enterprise functions.CompensationAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
