Role Description: This part-time remote Human Resources role supports HR operations for healthcare facilities served by NHS Management, LLC. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personnel records management, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and helping administer HR policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating employee benefits information, responding to HR-related inquiries, and supporting compliance with applicable employment and healthcare regulations. The individual in this position collaborates with facility leadership and HR colleagues to promote consistent, fair, and supportive HR practices across the organization.
Qualifications: Foundational Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience in general HR practices Skills in HR Management and Personnel Management to support staff and facility needs Ability to understand, apply, and maintain HR Policies in a compliant and consistent manner Experience with Employee Benefits administration or coordination Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with healthcare or long-term care settings is beneficial Relevant education or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
