About the role

US Fertility is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the RMA of New York Long Island team in Melville, NY. This full-time role supports the East Patchogue office with a schedule of four ten-hour shifts per week, and compensation up to $130,000 annually depending on experience. You will work with more than 200 physicians nationwide to educate patients about infertility, perform assessments, and assist in procedures, while contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
