Reprocessing Operator - Nights

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 7PM-7AMWhat's the Job? Operate repro equipment safely to produce quality product through continual adjustments of gauges that control extruder speed, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds. Know and follow all safety rules and procedures while maintaining a safe, efficient work area. Produce orders to schedule in order to satisfy customer needs and production requirements. Perform production execution of product labeling and production entry. Complete required quality inspections, testing, and documentation, while maintaining housekeeping and 6S standards on machines and surrounding areas. What's Needed?1+ year of manufacturing experience required Commitment to safety and the ability to consistently follow established procedures. Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance and support production needs as required. Strong attention to detail for quality inspections, testing, and accurate documentation. Willingness to assist other team members during breaks and absences and perform other duties as assigned. Physical readiness for frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting/pushing/pulling weights over 30 lbs, plus eye/hand coordination and routine work in a hot room (up to 110 degrees F at times).What's in it for me?
