About the role
Gaines Investment Trust seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk to support payables across a multifamily portfolio from our La Jolla corporate office. You will code, review, and enter invoices, maintain vendor records, and assist with month-end close, ensuring on-time payments and accurate documentation.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of AP or accounting clerk experience, strong detail orientation, and solid MS Office skills.
