Location:
Seattle, WAThe Dental Hygienist performs as part of a dental health team under the supervision of a dentist. Involvement includes clinical dental work and education with specific responsibilities governed by the state in which the hygienist is employed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Registered License for the state in which practicing
- A minimum of one year experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicableTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
