About the role

E-Commerce Content Coordinator
The Role: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Content Coordinator to support the presentation of apparel products across major retail partner websites. This role will focus on managing and uploading existing product photography and digital assets, ensuring images are displayed accurately and attractively across retailer platforms. Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams, this individual will also help support e-commerce sales initiatives by maintaining high-quality product presentations and ensuring digital content is up to date.
Key Responsibilities: Upload and manage existing product photography and digital assets across retail partner websites, including major department stores, mass-market retailers, and online marketplaces. Ensure product images are properly placed, formatted, and displayed to meet retailer requirements and brand standards. Review product pages to confirm imagery is accurate, consistent, visually appealing, and aligned with the intended brand presentation. Maintain and update digital product content as new styles, collections, and seasonal assortments become available. Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure product imagery and related digital assets are available and published in a timely manner. Assist with e-commerce sales support by helping maintain accurate and compelling online product presentations across retail accounts. Monitor retailer websites for missing images, incorrect placements, or other digital content issues and coordinate necessary corrections.
Qualifications: Previous experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, digital marketing, or digital content coordination, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry. Experience uploading, organizing, and maintaining product images or digital assets on retailer websites or e-commerce platforms. Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual presentation and brand consistency. Comfortable navigating retailer portals and learning different website content management systems. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple products and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general digital tools; experience with product information management (PIM) systems or digital asset management (DAM) platforms is a plus.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
