The Sales Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, focusing on wood components and related products, by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound and inbound sales activities, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service, and responding to inquiries with clear, professional communication. The Sales Specialist will also support customer training on product features, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies that align with company goals.\n Qualifications\n \n\n Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams.\n Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional, solution-oriented manner.\n Sales skills to identify prospects, present product benefits, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.\n Training and Sales Management skills to support customer onboarding, share product knowledge, and contribute to sales process improvements.\n Experience in B2B sales, preferably in wood components, building materials, or related industries.\n Comfort working remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.\n Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).\n Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, sales, supply chain, or a related field.\n
