The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.
Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications. Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner. Ensure that all food is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations. Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a cook
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods
  • Ability to follow recipes and menu specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work morning, weekends, and holidays as needed.
