About the role

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting all facets of Human Resources, with a primary focus on full life cycle recruiting and payroll administration for a growing precast concrete manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with production, operations, and leadership teams to attract, retain, and support a skilled workforce while ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly production related positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment
strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, workforce development initiatives, community outreach programs,
and recruiting events.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
  • Other duties as assigned by ManagementREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 2-3 years of Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting and payroll processing. xsgimln
