Service CoordinatorGutridge is a leading construction and service company offering Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical services to customers in the greater Central Ohio marketplace. As a Service Coordinator, your role will be to provide an excellent customer experience, maintain outstanding customer service, and perform administrative functions. We are looking for employees that offer a positive attitude to support our culture, an innovative thinker to help better our processes, and a professional that will interact with customers in a positive manner.What Are We Looking For?Answers and directs all incoming calls.Assisting with billing/invoicing duties as needed.Schedules and dispatches Service Technicians to meet customer schedules while managing ever-changing priorities and appointment requests.Works with Service Technicians to schedule follow-up appointments when needed.Coordinates and schedules inspections with customers.Assist other staff, as needed.Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for the successful candidate.The highest standards in accuracy and efficiency with all activities is critical to success on this position.Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.Ability to effectively convey information both verbally and in written correspondence.Ability to adjust actions in relation to customer and vendor needs.Must possess a proven record of strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.Great Benefits!FREE Health Insurance (higher plans available at tiered cost).FREE Dental & Vision Insurance for Employee.Generous 401(k) match.Life, Disability & Accident Insurance.Paid Time Off.Paid Holidays.What Do We Want To See?Customer service experience is considered a plus.Intermediate level computer skills with MS Office required (Excel, Word, Outlook).Prior experience with accounting software is preferred.
