Role Description: The Administrative Support Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This position coordinates schedules, manages calendars, and organizes virtual meetings, while maintaining digital records, files, and documentation. The role includes preparing and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations, and supporting data entry, tracking, and basic reporting tasks. The coordinator serves as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, routing information, and ensuring timely follow-up. This role also supports customer service activities by handling routine requests, providing information, and escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications: Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage schedules, documentation, and coordination tasks. Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders. Customer Service experience to handle inquiries, provide information, and support positive client and partner interactions. Clerical Skills such as data entry, recordkeeping, document preparation, and file management. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, video conferencing tools).High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. Demonstrated reliability, discretion with confidential information, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in business or office administration is a plus.
