About the role
Thomson Reuters seeks a senior operations leader to build and run Facilities & Real Estate, EH&S, and Physical Security for a standalone JV with ~400M+ revenue. You will oversee a 1.3M sq ft Minnesota campus and a secondary facility, driving strategy, infrastructure, safety, and security globally.
You will lead multi-site teams, manage capital plans, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance while championing Lean and continuous improvement across operations.
